Wild Renfrew Guest Services & Gift Shop Hours:

Our WR check office and gift shop are located at 17293 Parkinson Road

Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm

Friday to Sunday 9:00am to 9:00pm


Cellphone service – Port Renfrew has cellphone coverage for the Rogers network. Telus users can now ‘roam’ on the rogers network too.


WI-FI – As a guest of Seaside Cottages or WCTL, you will have wifi in your room/cottage

GIFT SHOP – Our gift shop on the wharf is permanently closed. Our Guest Services Office (17293 Parkinson Road) is the main gift shop, selling confectionery, apparel, and novelty items.


We are a dog friendly establishment! All of our Lodge Suites and all of our Seaside Cottages except our “Viewpoint” studios/penthouse and Forrest View Studios are open to your four-legged friend.


Whale Watching – The open ocean excursions in Port Renfrew are on pause for 2024 while they undergo some changes and upgrades, they may not be back in 2025 either.


Port Renfrew has a small general store with limited grocery supplies, it’s best to bring with you what you will need during your stay.
