Some important information to consider when planning to join us for a getaway
*As per the Provincial Health Order recreational travel is permitted within health regions, which means guests visiting from Vancouver Island are welcome to join us.*
The Renfrew Pub is ready and waiting to serve you! Guests joining us for indoor dining and patio dining must show ‘proof of vaccination’ + valid ID based on requirements put in place across all of BC by the Provincial Health Officer. Guests that are not vaccinated are warmly welcomed to join us at our take out window. Coastal Kitchen Cafe is closed for the 2021 season, we look forward to opening the cafe again in the spring of 2022.
The Renfrew Pub is open Everyday from 11:30am to 7:00pm.

We ask that all guests staying in our cottages be from the same household, non registered guests are prohibited at this time.
We are striving to have no contact with all of our guests so our check in process including paying the balance of your stay is done completely via email or phone.
When you book a stay with us you will receive a series of check in emails that will contain additional contact information should you need something during your stay.
Port Renfrew has a small general store with limited grocery supplies, it’s best to bring with you what you will need during your stay.
There is no cellphone service at all in Port Renfrew!
On the morning of arrival, you will receive an email which will include your contactless check-in information and a link to our online registration form. If you have not received it by the time you will be leaving
cell phone service, you can connect to our wifi on arrival. You can connect to any of our networks with
the same wifi password which we will send you 3 days prior to your stay.
The health and safety of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. Masks are required in all public indoor spaces. We respectfully ask that all our visitors follow posted social distancing practices when entering any of our facilities. If you or a member of your group is experiencing symptoms of illness, kindly refrain from visiting us until you are well. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange the postponement
of your stay.
Please note that Wild Renfrew does not provide daily housekeeping and for the safety of our staff, our team cannot enter an occupied guest room. During this time our cottages are completely self sufficient and our staff is only available for emergent assistance.
