Know Before You Go

Some important information to consider when planning to join us for a getaway

*As per the Provincial Health Authority Travel Restrictions, we are currently accepting bookings from Vancouver Island residents only until February 5th. Please check back for updates after that date *

We ask that all guests staying in our cottages be from the same household, non registered guests are prohibited at this time.

As of January 1st 2021 our Wild Renfrew accommodations will be available to guests from Thursday to Sunday only.

We are striving to have no contact with all of our guests so our check in process including paying the balance of your stay is done completely via email or phone.

We do have some in office hours but they are very limited. Our office is located at 17293 Parkinson Road and there will be staff onsite in our office on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm only.

Our guest services team will be reachable by phone and email daily from 10am to 6pm but please note that from Sunday to Thursday there will be no staff onsite.

When you book a stay with us you will receive a series of check in emails that will contain additional contact information should you need something during your stay.

As of January 28th 2021 The Renfrew Pub will be open Thursday & Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm, Friday & Saturday 12:00pm to 7:00pm and on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday they will be closed.

Port Renfrew has a small general store with limited grocery supplies, it’s best to bring with you what you will need during your stay.

There is no cellphone service at all in Port Renfrew!

On the morning of arrival, you will receive an email which will include your contactless check-in information and a link to our online registration form. If you have not received it by the time you will be leaving
cell phone service, you can connect to our wifi on arrival. You can connect to any of our networks with
the same wifi password which we will send you 3 days prior to your stay.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. Masks are required in all public indoor spaces. We respectfully ask that all our visitors follow posted social distancing practices when entering any of our facilities. If you or a member of your group is experiencing symptoms of illness, kindly refrain from visiting us until you are well. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange the postponement
of your stay.

Please note that Wild Renfrew does not provide daily housekeeping and for the safety of our staff, our team cannot enter an occupied guest room. During this time our cottages are completely self sufficient and our staff is only available for emergent assistance.
